What a year 2010 has been for bikes in Sydney. We’re going to celebrate by raising a glass at the Toxeth Hotel. There’ll be nibbles, and music and people who like riding bikes. What more could you want? Hope to see you there.

So come and join us for our inaugural event in Centennial Park on November 28 be part of the movement of change!

WHAT:   Bring a family picnic, do some crafty bike decorating and have a fun ride in the park
WHO:   Kids of all ages and their families and carers (with bicycles!)
WHERE:   Near the Learners Circuit at the southern end of Centennial Parklands (map link below)
WHEN:   Sunday 28 November from 10.30am to coincide with Centennial Park’s Spring Car-Free Day

Spring ArtCycle Ride

ARTCYCLE – SPRING 15 km ; Moderate pace Easy / Some Traffic / Contact: Gilbert; Ph 0434910422 (Please call or email to confirm for catering)

Meandering ride around the Newtown to Waterloo arc. Starting at ATVP be on time to view the artwork before signing on, and finishing about 4:30 pm at Index Art Studios in magnificent downtown St Peters. Indices will be putting on a free veg BBQ and talk by the Directors on this vibrant new addition to the Sydney art scene.
Bring bike in working order, helmet (must have), water, sunscreen, cash for refreshments, etc.
