BikeSydney Events strategy meeting tonight

BIKESydney is setting up a couple of working groups this year to focus some creative energy into some areas that need a bit of oomph. First at the starting line is the Events Working Group.
First meeting: Thursday 21 Jan, 6:30-8pm, Berkelouws Book Shop Café (Upstairs), 6-8 O’Connell St, Newtown
Aim
1. Develop a name for the BIKESydney social evenings (we’ve been having these every month but we’ve been calling them “social meetings” which is not appealing)
2. Set dates, venues and themes/ideas for the evenings for the rest of the year (we have three new films to show this year)
3. Develop a calendar of rides for the next 12 months – this will be a combo of regular (Twilight, full moon) and irregular (autumn bakery run, gallery rides, St Patricks Day) rides
